PrimeMLS Rules Update
The PrimeMLS Rules have been updated and are available here, and on the Helpdesk.
What’s Changed?
Section 2.10 has been revised to clarify that listings in the Active and Active Under Contract statuses must be available for showings.
With the implementation of Coming Soon, there has been confusion related to this rule. If a property is not available for showings upon entry into the MLS, it must be entered as a Coming Soon listing, which cannot be shown. Coming Soon listings must include a date, not more than 10 calendar days after the date of entry, at which time the listing will automatically transition to Active and showings are permitted. Coming Soon listings can also be manually updated prior to the Activation Date and upon that manual update to Active, the listing must be available for showings.
